Shift Into Abundance After Your Day

This time of year can feel full for a lot of reasons. Some of us are celebrating holidays. Some are wrapping up projects. Some of us are simply celebrating the shift into winter.
No matter which category you fall into, there’s usually a lot happening internally and externally.
What I’ve noticed — in myself, in my clients, and in clinicians I teach — is that the transition after work becomes especially important right now.
Our systems take on more stimulation when what we need is hibernation, and that alone will create more pressure on our bodies during winter. When we walk straight from “work mode” into the rest of the evening without any pause, it drains our bandwidth quickly.
Ayurveda, the Life Science of Yoga, teaches us to keep things simple during this seasonal change. Simple routines, transitions, and choices. These are the things that actually bring balance when our life is full.
That’s why I recorded Shift Into Simple Abundance — a short, end-of-day reset that helps your body let go of the accumulated tension from the day. It’s just a few minutes, and it doesn’t require anything from you. It’s meant to help your system shift gears so you don’t carry the heaviness of the day into your evening.
A note for clinicians who are ready for deeper change
If the idea of a “simple reset” resonates with you, you’d probably thrive in the March 2026 Clinical Yoga Practitioner (CYP-500) training. It’s designed specifically for therapists who want to integrate the body — professionally, ethically, and clinically — without feeling like they’re stepping outside their scope or drifting into anything gimmicky.
You’ll learn how to:
Create real nervous-system change with clients
Build a more sustainable, holistic practice
Reignite your work in a way that feels aligned instead of draining
Add evidence-informed, body-based tools that stay firmly within your clinical role
If you’re ready to deepen your work or bring your practice back to life from a more grounded place, you can explore the March cohort here:
And if you want to join before enrollment fills, the $555 code (555) is available through Sunday, December 7th.
