Over the years, I’ve heard from so many therapists who are interested in yoga, nervous system work, and embodiment—but don’t want to become yoga teachers or commit to a yearlong program.
They want something real, something useful, and something that fits into their already full lives.
So I created CYP 100.
This is a foundational yoga and somatic training built specifically for mental health professionals who want practical, body-based tools to use with clients—and for themselves.
You’ll learn:
Basic yoga postures (seated, standing, hip-opening, core-based)
Chair yoga you can use right away
Vagus nerve and nervous system tools to support regulation
Ayurvedic and chakra frameworks that bring clarity to emotional patterns
Embodiment practices to help you feel better in your own body—not just as a clinician, but as a human being
Beginning August 2025. You’ll get a printed manual to work through at your own pace, then 2 live one-day immersions via Zoom where we’ll bring the practices to life together.
Immersion Dates:
Thursday, October 9, 2025
Thursday, November 6, 2025
CEUs: 20 approved through Utah SWA
Tuition: $899 ($100 off for the first five who register) Use the code 100 at checkout. Registration is open now.
If you’re burned out, curious about the body, and ready to go deeper—but not interested in teaching yoga or adding more pressure to your plate—this is for you.
You don’t have to prove anything. You don’t have to show up perfect. You can practice in your pajamas! Just bring your real self—and a willingness to move.
Let me know if you have questions.
