Advanced Somatic Interventions for Trauma-Informed Clinicians

This program provides licensed clinicians with a step-by-step framework to help clients safely access and process stored tension, moving them from cognitive insight to true physiological resolution

Integrating Parts Work and Nervous System Regulation

Discover the connection between chakra-based developmental frameworks and modern approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS)™ and autonomic nervous system regulation.

You’ll learn how to identify emotionally held patterns in the body and apply structured, body-based protocols to support regulation during clinical work.

Practical Body-Based Tools for Persistent Trauma Symptoms

When clients feel 'stuck' or loop in the same narrative, the body holds the key. We

provide practical, clinical tools—including grounding, titration, and pendulation that

allow you to address persistent trauma symptoms like hypervigilance, dissociation, and chronic shut-down with confidence and ethical clarity.

You will complete self-paced monthly chapter assignments using video modules on your own schedule, paired with live, interactive virtual Zoom meetings and Immersions. FAQ 3: Do I need to be a yoga teacher to take this course? No. Our Clinical Yoga Institute Somatic Yoga Certification for Therapists, is 500-hour certificate designed specifically for mental health professionals. We teach you how to safely integrate somatic movement and 'top-down' regulation tools into a traditional clinical setting—no yoga mats or flexible hamstrings required. We provide actionable tools you can use in your very next session.

FAQ 5: Is this training evidence-based for trauma recovery?Absolutely. Clinical Yoga Institute has published IRB research in the International Association Of Yoga Therapists. Our curriculum is rooted in the latest neuroscience of trauma.
