Service Description

Burnout is affecting so many mental healthcare professionals. Our published IRB research has shown these techniques help yourself and your clients to overcome burnout. Join us in getting the training you need. We provide a full yoga teacher training for behavioral health professionals, LCSWs, and psychologists. (40.5 NASW UT CEUs). Worldwide we are relying on mental healthcare more than ever. This is the perfect time to gain a graduate level of knowledge on using yoga to help your clients (including those with trauma) while learning techniques to overcome burnout for yourself. Each month you will be learning at your own pace from training videos that coincide with your manual. An estimate to plan on for the videos is around 3 hours per week. This 9 month course includes: * Once per month online group Zoom meetings. * (2) 3 day contact or online sessions (your choice). * Online videos at your own pace (approx. 2-3 hours per week). * 350 page training manual PLEASE NOTE CRITICAL INFORMATION: The contact days required for this training will not require you to travel. You may choose in person or by Zoom for these immersion dates. (1) Zoom cohort call per month is required during the training. Our in person or virtual (by Zoom) dates will be January 18-20, 2024 and again June 20-22, 2024. You will need: * A yoga mat * 2 blocks and a yoga strap. * (2) additional books to purchase. (Your training manual will be provided as part of your training) cost. REFUND POLICY: Refunds of 50% will be available up to 30 days before the first day of training as long as no videos have been initiated. Refunds are not available if the video series has initiated or after receiving your manual.   Once you register we would like to know the type of therapy you specialize in and the populations you mostly serve. *Zoom Meetings are listed in MST: Mondays once per month 9 AM MST.

Cancellation Policy

Group Trainings will not be refunded once the manual has been mailed OR videos have been initialed OR less than 30 days prior to start date. Those unable to finish their training with their group will not be provided another group. To cancel or reschedule your private appointment, please do so 24 hours or more in advance. Less than 24 hours will be charged the full appointment price.
